IOTs do actually (that's the bit you snipped).

PCTHRESHOLD and INCLUDING requires you to order your columns appropriately: otherwise, what gets shunted to the overflow tablespace will be stuff you wanted left behind in the IOT.

You can snip all you like, but they remains the facts.
