Oracle 8i with Forms 6i and Firewall

Hi all,



I use Oracle 8i Server and Client and Forms 6i on one machine. After
installing McAfee Firewall I can't connect with Forms 6i anymore.



I get the message 'TNS-12571: TNS:packet writer failure'



This happens no matter if the firewall is enabled or disabled. Only
uninstalling the firewall helps. The same happens with ZoneAlarm. I
tried the latest Oracle patchset. Same result.



Any suggestions?
