I know its an uphill battle, but once in a while, I still feel compelled to take up the charge. While I know many, many people that you describe, I also know those who look for answers themselves and test things out. Guess which class of people are making the most money and have advanced farther in their careers? I'm just trying to tell people who have at least RTFM the next step they need to take.
