11.5.8 is the current production release!

10.7.x Was available in NCA, Smart Client, and Character. 11.0.x Is not available in C/S or Character, it is only available as NCA 11i is an expanded version of the 11 E-Business Suite which added the CRM and TCA products.

I do not believe 11.5.9 release date has been anounced yet, for more information check appsnet.oracle.com
