Sorry for the late reply.

If I'm not completely mistaken (and I'm sure you'll let me know instantly :-) ) you use oradim to create a new service. If you name it the same, then you should get an instance up.

But perhaps I missed the point of the original poster. I thought he just lost the services. Of course, if the complete oracle tree is gone, that's another fish to fry.
