Hi,

To my knowledge the 9i IAS Infrastructure is neither certified nor supported on RAC. Check the following link in relation to HA solutions for the various tiers and platforms:

However, according to Oracle, this should change in IAS release 9.0.4 (basically, you get to use an existing database for your infrastructure).

You may wish to check the following document which describes the new IAS features in 9.0.4.
