Beats me why you want to install 11.5 on a non supported platform. There are Linux version, that _are_ supported, you know... Especially with a complex thing like EBS.

Apart from that, I do not have the answer in detail, apart from the experience that such errors frequently point to not following the installation instructions - especially kernel parameters that need to be changed.
