actually, Oracle 9iAS 9.0.2.1 infrastructure, which support OID/SSO part of 9ias, is not supported on RAC environnements.

You will have to wait for the end of this year (????), with version 9.0.4, in order to get full RAC / Data Guard / clusters support for infrastructure, under any platforms and OS.
