Just a follow-up. The consulting company that was doing a study on whether it would be cost effective for us to convert our SAP ERP from AIX/Oracle to Windows/M$$QL$erver came back with their final conclusion. The conclusion was that it would NOT be cost effective for us to re-platform our SAP application. It would take at least 6 years for us to realize a 1.25% return on the investment. Thanks to those who responded to this thread.
