Hi Guys,



Just out of curiosity,one of the guys from our group said, "to use
utlbstat/utlestat on Oracle 8.0.5  we have to buy a license for that"




Am not convinced with that as i think it is bundled with Oracle EE
8.0.5,can you guys comment on this.
