Blue screen is hardware related for sure. Oracle can't make it happen.

No, it can't be apps. It MUST be IBM and their chonky hardware. BTW, ask them to explain to you in detail how does Win2K, a 32-bit OS, use more than 4Gb memory? Unless you have the Intel large memory drivers installed, there is NO WAY that IBM can tell you your 6Gb are all being used. It's a physical impossibility.

Unless you are running the special driver from Intel to get more than 4Gb active in Win2K, there is nothing you can do. There is a special config switch for Oracle to work with that driver, but I doubt that's what's happening.
