Your post reminds me of the following:

From your posting, even with allowances for English not being your primary language, you give every indication that you have little or no Oracle training, haven't read any books, haven't used tahiti.oracle.com to learn concepts, architecture, or skills, and have an urge to blunder ahead as fast as you can.
