     Smpplib 1.3

      It is a packet library (classes in a DLL) for sending and receiving SMS messages (2-way SMS) based on SMPP specification v3.4. It is developing in C# and can be used in all .NET languages. You can easily use it in your Website to connect to your SMSC through SMPP, or use it in your Visual Basic program. The library supports Transmitter, Receiver and Transceiver ESME's.

      The class library is robust, and the ESME's can be configurated by different properties.
