Perhaps the memory chips are banjaxed but you say you've tested that. what's the stack dump from the BSOD ? (first few lines ? )

What 2k Service pack ?

Is a 440 capable of 6G ?

And lastly, there are separate issues with Oracle making use of > 4G [not related to BSOD though]
