This should work:

Create a pfile from the spfile( create pfile from spfile command) ,shutdown, move the file(s), edit the pfile to modify the file specs , use the new pfile to startup ( specifying pfile=newpfileyou_just_ created) , create a new spfile ( create spfile from pfile) , shutdown and restart.
