I think you can do this, but man its gonna be slow and ugly. Plus, if you dont want anything installed on the client PC, how is Excel gonna work? You have to install it locally right?

I dont know much about ODBC, but you might have to have the Oracle client installed on the client machine. Someone else can confirm/deny this.
