Just want to be see if there were compelling reasons for me to make an effort to convince them otherwise. Haven't really found anything too compelling. At this point is an executive were to ask me if I have any doubts about it, I'd say that my biggest concern would be a worm program attacking a production database system. But no matter what I do, I'm afraid that I will be perceived as just trying to save my own job. Their production database is around 100Gb right now and growing around 1Gb per week. The BW data warehouse is around 40Gb and will probably double in size within a year as more subject areas are brought in.
