Personally, I would only look to see if SAN or local meets your needs.
 STAY AWAY FROM NAS AT ALL COSTS!!!  Even Network Appliance.  I cant
tell you how horrible these machines are for Oracle or any robust
database.  NAS is a surefire way to hell.
