Don't think so - P4 bug winblows only.

Two situations I know of can cause this under Linux.

  1. LANG environment variable set to something other than C
  2. Forgetting to set the ASSUME_KERNEL2 environment variable (though I have managed to get ann install without this and using the glibc stub patch from Oracle.)
