MySQL / Oracle question

I bit the bullet and migrated from MySQL to Oracle, it all went quite well and things are running tickety boo. One question though being an old diehard MySQL user, is there an equivalent utility for Oracle that will dump the schema and data from a table that works similar to the mysqldump utility?
