The way I interpret the documentation -
DataGuard, I believe, is included w/9i, and uses Archive logs to 'replicate' your database.
RAC sits on top of your OS clustering,so you need clustering to utilize RAC. RAC also uses DataGuard. Received on Fri May 30 2003 - 08:06:25 CDT
