Hey Guys,
What is the advantage of Oracle Enterprise 8.1.7 over Oracle Standard 8.1.7.

The obvious one is the PRICE.
Will there be any performance improvement going with Ora-ENTERPRISE.

If a Company wants a small database with 50+ tables running a single application - I would think Oracle Standard is the way to go ? What considerations should be given to upgrade to an Enterprise server.

Is there any documentation available from Oracle comparing the 2. Received on Sun May 18 2003 - 06:06:34 CDT
