To view the SYS schema, you either need to be grant pivs directly, or,
have the DBA role. There may be other ways as well. Most of Oracle's
packages are wrapped', so, you won't be able to see much code.
However, you'll be able to see which packages, procedures and
functions you'd be able to call.
