AT was kinda neat. But I guess the Schedule thing is the way to go. At least it lets multiple accounts run each task, which AT didn't. Got sprung with AT running by default as SYSTEM a number of times. It wasn't obvious how it could be changed. With ST that change is a lot easier.

And of course it's a GUI interface, which makes it "easy" for the graphic-heads. Oh well...
