SOLVED: i dropped two lbacsys triggers (i couldn't disable them): lbac$after_drop and lbac$after_create.
After that i could launch the catalog script. Then i launched the catproc, catnools (to de-install Oracle Label Security), and again the catproc (it gave errors before for the messed label security) and then catols to reinstall ols. Then launched the script to recreate the policy, et voilą.
