I hope you understand english.

The error message you got means that the Installer was trying to relink a part of the Oracle installation. In this case the CTX-part which is synonym for Oracle Text.

You have two options to further investigate.

[1] find the installation log file, search for the same error and see if more details are available
[2] do the relink manually:
 cd $ORACLE_HOME/ctx/lib
make -f ins_ctx.mk install

and see what is going wrong.
