I gave up using the bogus email address method a long time ago and
simply use the live address.  Right now I get 40% spam on 280 daily
emails - using Blue Squirrel's Spam Sleuth, about 5 actual spam gets
through to my mail reader daily.



Mind you, my work address is not advertised anywhere.
