i would prefer to go with 2 node Sun fire 4800 or 6800 server + veritas HA on EMC Storage. you can use both nodes as ACTIVE/ACTIVE on RAC.
***but one problem here is the Veritas Cluser Support only 2 node RAC.***
May be you have to think about the Sun Cluster. Good Luck
