I also manage SAP environments (up to 670 Gb) and I only do rebuild of indexes. This is for performance reasons only. Don't expect a lot of performance improvement by rebuilding tables. SAP over indexes it's tables anyway.
If I know that a lot of space can be reclaimed only then I do a table or complete tablespace rebuild using SAPDBA as the tool for this. Normally I use the export/import option with parallel settings for export and import.

If you need a tool? Maybe look at Quest's Live reorg.
