ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

I have for the first time installed Oracle Enterprise Edition 8.1.7 (64 bit) on a Sun Fire V120 server. (The same error also with 32 bit version) During the installation any error until when the initialization of the database error ORACLE not connected, Share memory realm does not exist ... After different Ignore the Installation finished. Now I'm trying to do:

bash-2.03$ svrmgrl

SVRMGR> connect internal
Connected.
SVRMGR> startup
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel SVRMGR> With log file should I check for obtain some information?
