you might be facing bug #2773916, which is a duplicate of #2840233.

This bug has been corrected in patchset 9.2.0.3

I encourage you open an iTar under http://metalink.oracle.com in order to check you are really facing this bug, notablu by checking call stack trace, then to apply this patchset on a test system, and conclude this bug is well corrected.
