File from installation CD: baseclasses.0.0.jar

Whilst installing Oracle 9i (9.0.1.1.1) on Windows 2000, the installer gave an error, which I narrowed down to this file on the install CD:

\stage\Components\oracle.sysman.embase\9.0.1.0.0\1\DataFiles\baseclasses.0.0.jar

Du to this file is corrupted, my installation could not complete (the configuration part).

Could anybody help me out with this; like hints where I could download this file from?
