You will probably have to wait a bit or use 9.2.0.1. As you can see on the download page, 9.2.0.2 is only available for 4 platforms yet, while 9.2.0.1 is available for 10 platforms.

Since Linux/x86 is a 32 bit platform, there aren't any 64-bit binaries for it.

Switching from x86 to IA64 isn't just a "processor upgrade". It's a completely different platform.
