Read the Oracle8i Supplied PL/SQL Packages Reference on http://tahiti.oracle.com or from the documentation cd that came with the software. Read the description of the package DBMS_SPACE_ADMIN. It's procedure TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_FROM_LOCAL will do the trick.
