problems with unzip_cpq

I'm trying to unzip the patch kit I downloaded from metalink...
I downloaded the patchkit and the unzip_cpq utility I did a chomd 777
on unzip_cpq and copied it to /usr/bin and when I do a
unizp_cpq p2761332_9203_TRU64.zip. I get ksh: unzip_cpq: cannot execute
any help on this ?
