Well, I don't think there is any need to use the 'all' clause if there is an 'after' clause.

And recreating the controlfile in an automated way would limit your recovery capabilities.
Please don't try to be 'smart' and pick at irrelevant problems! One day you'll regret you did deal with them!!!
