Hello Willy:

The only *minor* problem I have seen is with the OEM console and XML DB Configuration parameters. Before installing the patchset, I was able to view/alter all XML DB Configuration parameters, but after apply the patchset, they no longer show up. You can change any params, but they are not viewable. Other than that, it has been pretty stable. Hope this helps.
