Recover OMS Services on W2K

We recently lost the O/S on one of our database servers after installing a
new CPU, we managed to recover everything from backup tapes with the
exception of the OMS services, (Agent, Data Gather, Management Server etc).



Is there a way to recreate/register these services?



We are running 8.1.4 on Win2000
