I don't think Oracle9i Application Server supports PHP, but I think you can add it in as
long as you don't expect Oracle to support it. If you do want Oracle Support to help you
out, you'd have to give a test case of the problem without PHP in the picture.
You might want to look into iSQL*Plus to allow your students to run SQL queries in a web browser. It's included with Oracle9i Release 1 for Windows, and Oracle9i Release 2 on most platforms.
