Version? compatible parameter? platform? Just a few questions. My crystall ball broke centuries ago.

hm . . . but i guess you are using an nt box, cause of oradim. okay first check the registry ORA_SID_AUTOSTART it should be TRUE . . . second check in the control panel / service --> there should be the service set to auto . . . that's it and it should work just fine
