Why not? There are all sorts of reasons to use all sorts of tools to create the ddl that one uses to build and develop with.

Have you ever developed a schema or are you just about production? You immediately scream when you here dynamic creation of ddl or procs or any other objects. How do you what this guy is trying to do?

My guess is that he is in development and he is building scripts that create alot of his objects and code. More power to him.
