Daniel,

Its free as in speech, and as in beer. So this does not fit into "commercial" category per se. It would certainly fit into the category of "tools", for which there is another newsgroup. I don't know that there is a reasonable expectation that the poster will read your post (or mine). I think that people that post info for free tools are subject to quite the same scrutiny of posts touting "commercial" software.
