There is only one body of people to blame for the state of OCP - and that is Oracle - don't blame
individuals - Oracle set the content and ultimately govern the exams. Maybe Joseph resents being
forced to spend thousands of pounds on mandatory courses ! Just another money spinner from Oracle.
Not all employers shun the OCP's - good or bad they may be - but not all employers realise how
rubbish they are.
