Ok, thanx for your replay, but I'm not so stupid :-)

I have an update:
on all the 3 database I have the same user (with same password), and if I try to make the dblink with these user, only the database on a remote machine can connect; the 2 database locally can't, but if I use (in the dadatases on the same machine) a user different from the current the link is ok ?!?

these is my solution for the moment.

Is not possible use the same user name to connect to 2 database on the same pc?
