Don't understand this requirement. FAST refreshes, that end in a successful completion mean all your replicated data is equal to the original - there's not need for a full refresh.

On both sites; OEM does not allow a site to be master and snapshot site at the same time.

Yes, of course. It's similar to: "if the production tables do no longer exist, will this affect production?"

Ehhh ... where, what? you did not describe such a step, neither is there one.
A refresh group is simply a way of organizing all snapshots you want to refresh at the same time. Reasons: e.g. data dependencies

No. It will be used to schedule the refresh job. Each defined snapshot in the snapshot group can have either full, fast, or force refresh methods

Again, I don't understand the requirement, and no. The method of refreshing is part of the snapshot definition, not of the dbms_refresh package

Snapshot site. But other jobs will run on the Master site, like purge jobs.
