It's an event, not trace.


It posts SMON to clean up temporary segments in tablespace specified after
"level".


Because my tablespaces TS# was 15, the parameter to DROP_SEGMENTS event
level was 16, because you got to add +1 to ts#.
If you want SMON to clean up all tablespaces, set level to 2147483647.
