I'm not sure, but I don't think so...
You should use "DECIMAL EXTERNAL" with POSITION to declare the field in the controlfile for sqlldr,
and use SQL functions such as DECODE, SUBSTR, TO_NUMBER ... to make sql*loader know what is the decimal
delimiter for you.
