Go as Richard suggested, but usually it'd be good to verify your datafile or datafiles using dbverify to check whether you have any more corruptions in them.

Also, you should try to find out, why this corruption happened, by checking alert log and OS logs about IO for instance. Because this might not be the first and last corruption.
