Hello,



I have a new Oracle 9.2 Installation on Windows2000 Server. The Database is
only used for Development at the moment.



Sometimes i got the error-message descibed in the Subject (i could not see
any reason for the error). The only way to solve it at the moment is restart
the database. Could tell me the possible reasons for the error.
