URGENT: ORA-7445 on Solaris 2.6

Hi all,

I facing ora-7445 errors on Solaris 2.6, oracle version is 8.1.6.0. Do you have any idea what might cause this error, here is a copy of alert.log -file

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/admin/xxx/udump/xxx_ora_15852.trc: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [insfch()+1640] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0] [] []

Also I found these errors from /var/adm/messages -file

Mar 10 21:44:13 testunix unix: Softerror: Persistent ECC Memory Error

Mar 10 21:44:13 testunix unix: ECC Data Bit 56 was corrected

Could this be a hardware problem or is oracle related...
